🪙PLVZ Token

$PLVZ will be issued initially as an ERC-20 token built on polygon and thereafter be deployed on BSC. We will be combining certain aspects of both on-chain and off-chain transactions to make transactions effortless and low cost.

Ultimately Playverz will be chain agnostic as we act as the bridge between playverz and blockchain gaming ecosystems. Therefore, we will be building Playverz on more chains in the future.

Token Utility	Utility Mechanics
Gameplay Payments and Entry Fees	Users may spend PLVZ to join tournaments to win prizes for good performance.
Gameplay Rewards	All Rewards in the ecosystem will be paid in PLVZ, whether for winning tournaments, mining events, marketing and promotional events, or rewards for playing the various games in the ecosystem
Shop	Players will need PLVZ to make NFTs and In App Item purchases
Real Estate Ownership	Players will need PLVZ to purchase digital real estate on Playverz, which allows them to host their own tournaments and set prize pools, and thus customize Playverz experiences for the community.
Staking	Staking for membership access PLVZ functions as a loyalty membership point which embeds a licence granting active participants exclusive access to selected products or services, so users will be classified into different loyalty tiers / ranking based on the amount of PLVZ staked, user activity, and/or volume of transactions. The premium membership tiers would allow users to get greater access to the ecosystem features and more preferential terms, for example certain exclusive products/services, priority to events, priority to NFTs, or priority to participate in and/or launch new games. Staking for game integrity ​Staking mechanism will also allow the formation of a decentralized arbitration body that ensures the integrity of the game and provides trust to gamers. By requiring each user to stake a meaningful amount of PLVZ as a deposit before it may access platform services or contribute, it becomes economically inefficient to attempt to attack the system. Users risk having their stakes slashed for misbehaviour, and conversely will also be rewarded with additional PLVZ for beneficial activities. ​ More information to be announced soon.
Backing Of Games	As the native platform currency, PLVZ may be used to purchase assets in upcoming games launching on Playverz.
Governance	To promote decentralised community governance for the network, PLVZ would allow holders to propose and vote on on-chain governance proposals to determine future features and/or parameters of the Playverz platform, with voting weight calculated in proportion to the tokens staked (the right to vote is restricted solely to voting on features of the Playverz platform; it does not entitle PLVZ holders to vote on the operation and management of the Company, its affiliates, or their assets or the disposition of such assets to token holders, or select the board of directors of these entities, or determine the development direction of these entities, nor does PLVZ constitute any equity interest in any of these entities or any collective investment scheme; the arrangement is not intended to be any form of joint venture or partnership). For example, PLVZ will allow holders to participate in decisions about the features, content, and direction of the gaming platform / roadmap, and distribution of prize reward pools to active contributors.

The native cryptographically-secured fungible protocol token of the Playverz platform (ticker symbol PLVZ) is a transferable representation of attributed governance and utility functions specified in the protocol/code of the Playverz platform, and which is designed to be used solely as an interoperable utility token thereon.

PLVZ is a functional multi-utility token which will be used as the medium of exchange between participants on the Playverz platform in a decentralised manner. The goal of introducing PLVZ is to provide a convenient and secure mode of payment and settlement between participants who interact within the ecosystem on the Playverz platform without any intermediaries such as centralised third party entity/institution/credit. It is not, and not intended to be, a medium of exchange accepted by the public (or a section of the public) as payment for goods or services or for the discharge of a debt; nor is it designed or intended to be used by any person as payment for any goods or services whatsoever that are not exclusively provided by the issuer. PLVZ does not in any way represent any shareholding, participation, right, title, or interest in the Company, the Distributor, their respective affiliates, or any other company, enterprise or undertaking, nor will PLVZ entitle token holders to any promise of fees, dividends, revenue, profits or investment returns, and are not intended to constitute securities in Singapore or any relevant jurisdiction. PLVZ may only be utilised on the Playverz platform, and ownership of PLVZ carries no rights, express or implied, other than the right to use PLVZ as a means to enable usage of and interaction within the Playverz platform.

Further, PLVZ provides the economic incentives which will be distributed to encourage users to exert efforts towards contribution and participation in the ecosystem on the Playverz platform, thereby creating a mutually beneficial system where every participant is fairly compensated for its efforts. PLVZ is an integral and indispensable part of the Playverz platform, because without PLVZ, there would be no incentive for users to expend resources to participate in activities or provide services for the benefit of the entire ecosystem on the Playverz platform. Given that additional PLVZ will be awarded to a user based only on its actual usage, activity and efforts made on the Playverz platform and/or proportionate to the frequency and volume of transactions, users of the Playverz platform and/or holders of PLVZ which did not actively participate will not receive any PLVZ incentives.
